From founding, funding, to exit. With roots in gaming, Sequence built the best blockchain infrastructure platform for the Ethereum ecosystem. Our full-stack suite allowed developers to build web3 experiences seamlessly across chains, and ecosystems. Scaled the company to 70+.

I led at various junctures engineering, data, and ops, while partnering closely with finance, hiring, and HR. Executed while part of the executive leadership team throughout. Acquired by Polygon Labs in Jan, 2026.

Wrote and designed backend systems, before moving back to Toronto to found Sequence.

Drove general product development with a backend focus in Java. Scaled the tech stack as a member of the Platform Team, designing and building the next-generation micro-services architecture.

Led and successfully launched two client projects: a doctor-focused iPad health app (later sold), and an in-house time-scheduling web application written in Angular for Deloitte Digital.

First full-time hire and part of the core development team responsible for building a next-generation mobile ad platform.

Worked closely with clients as a consultant to design and implement software solutions that met client specifications. A lot of this work involved face-to-face or on-site client projects.
